Making a purchase

Payment

Kakao by K uses Stripe as a payment provider to ensure private information and credit card details are transmitted securely through the internet. At no point do Kakao by K store or have access to your credit card or CV2 number.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.

Product availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item or a size in is sold out we will remove it from the website as soon as we can. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer you a suitable alternative, order the product in for you or give you a full refund if we are unable to fulfil your order.

We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed through www.kakao.co.uk within three business days of ordering, subject to availabilty.  If an item is sold out we will remove it or the unavailable sizes from the website as soon as we can.

Deliveries in the UK are by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery and abroad by signed for Airmail although we reserve the right to use alternative methods of delivery where necessary.

Exports

Where goods are to be exported outside the UK then the price of a product will be reduced by the VAT element contained in the price.

Customers are responsible for payment of all customs or import duties and Kakao by K cannot be held responsible for these or for goods being delayed, held or impounded at Customs in the country of delivery.   Customs duties will normally apply in countries outside the UK which includes the Channel Islands.

Returns for online purchases

At Kakao by K we understand that shopping for clothes online can be difficult as sizes and fit varies between designers and styles.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return the goods we can offer an exchange or a refund. You must notify us by email within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the goods the goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us you wish to return them.

We can only accept returned goods if they are unworn and labels intact and in perfect condition We reserve the right to refuse returns on items where it is apparent this has not been followed. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

To arrange a return or cancel your order, you must send an email to girls@kakao.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. We will give you a returns number to write on the parcel.

Refunds out with 14 days from receipt of goods will be at the discretion of Kakao by K .

You are responsible for insuring returned goods and we recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accepts responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an  order after we have receiving a confirmation email from Kakao by K you must email us within 24 hours. Please quote your Kakao by K order number in your email.
If you have already been sent an email confirming dispatch it will not be possible to cancel your order. In this case it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. We will refund the cost of the goods on their return.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website and these Terms and Conditions or any part of them without notice and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. Orders for products will be subject to the current Terms and Conditions posted on the Website. Please review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by us.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions and any contract for the sale of products through the Website are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. By your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
